Thank you for shopping with JasmineMae Essentials. Each order is handcrafted in small, intentional batches to ensure quality and care in every product.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
JasmineMae Essentials is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages marked as “Delivered”
- Theft after delivery
- Damage caused during transit
If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing documentation if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the order.
Warm Weather Disclaimer (Candles & Wax Products)
Due to the nature of wax-based products, candles and wax melts may soften or melt during transit in high temperatures.
JasmineMae Essentials is not responsible for melting caused by heat exposure once the package has shipped.
If your product arrives softened:
- Allow it to return to room temperature before handling.
- Performance will not be affected.
Order Errors (Our Responsibility)
If you receive:
- The wrong item
- A confirmed production defect
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will gladly remake and reship your item at no additional cost.

Severe Weather & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
