Returns
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.
All sales are final unless an error occurred on our part.
Because our candles, wax melts, soaps, scrubs, and lotions are considered personal care goods, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
To be eligible for resolution under our Quality Guarantee:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number

Include clear photos of the item and packaging
Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be approved.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective

You received the wrong product

An item is missing from your order
If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our end (production or packing mistake), we will gladly:

Remake and reship your item at no cost
OR -
Provide a replacement or store credit
We stand behind our craftsmanship and will always take responsibility when we are at fault.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or used products

Melted items due to heat exposure during transit

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Sale items

Gift cards
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an error occurred on our end and a replacement is approved, we will handle the remake and reshipment process directly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unopened

In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a verified error on our part, you will be notified once we have reviewed the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
